Liss Brushed Stainless Steel Cream Whippers, whip up creams, flavuored
torring, mousses and cooking foams known as "espumas" in seconds.
Can be used with both cold and warm ingredients.
Liss introduces innovations in design and easy-cleaning:
Polished metal heads made of solid non-cast aluminium making them flawless,
stainless steel decorator tips connected to the whipper through metal
adapters.
Al these head pieces can be removed for its cleaning, avoiding the possible
accumulation of food residues and obstructions which implied before the
need of changing the whole head of the instrument.
It is 100% diswasher safe and is available in 1 litre and 1/2 litre, includes
recipes and claning accessories. It fulfils ISO 9001, ISO 14002 and TÜV
rules.
